Who controls your data
Fiber First Fashion (FFF) is operated by Luisa De Freitas, trading as a sole trader in the United Kingdom.
Privacy contact: admin@fiberfirstfashion.com
Business address: 21-24 Cockspur St, London SW1Y 5BN, United Kingdom
What we collect
- Information you give us when you contact FFF, such as your name, email address and the contents of your message.
- Technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as information associated with your browser, device or session.
- Information about how you use FFF, such as pages viewed, searches and outbound clicks, where this is collected under the applicable legal basis.
- Affiliate click information needed to attribute a purchase to FFF where a brand or affiliate network credits us for the referral. We attribute a referral by passing a reference id as a parameter in the redirect URL itself, not by placing a third-party cookie in your browser.
- Information provided by brands or their representatives when they contact us, submit a brand or become a Partner.
- Information contained in an image you upload for visual search.
Please do not upload images containing another person unless you have the right to do so.
Why we use it
- To run and secure FFF.
- To respond to messages and requests.
- To remember preferences where applicable.
- To understand how people use FFF where the required legal basis and consent apply.
- To attribute affiliate referrals.
- To manage brand and Partner relationships.
- To meet legal obligations.
Lawful bases
Depending on the activity, we process personal data because it is necessary to provide the service, because we have a legitimate interest in operating and protecting FFF, because we need to comply with a legal obligation, or because you have given consent where consent is required.
Who we share data with
We use service providers to operate FFF. Depending on the feature, these may include hosting, database, email, analytics and affiliate-network providers.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers for behavioural advertising.
International transfers
Some service providers may process personal data outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. Where this happens, we use the transfer mechanism and safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.
How long we keep information
- Analytics journeys (only if you consented): 180 days, then deleted.
- The link between a click and your account: 24 months, then anonymised — the click itself remains on file as an anonymous count.
- Account data: until you delete your account.
- Brand claim, removal and suggestion requests: kept for as long as needed to resolve them and for a reasonable period after, in case a dispute follows.
Where a different retention period applies to a particular category of data, that period is stated above. Otherwise, we keep personal data only for as long as needed to meet a legal obligation, resolve a dispute or enforce an agreement.
Your rights
You may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data, ask us to delete your data, ask us to restrict its processing, object to certain processing, receive a copy of certain data in a portable format, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You may also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests and to object to direct marketing.
To exercise your rights, contact admin@fiberfirstfashion.com. We may ask for information needed to confirm your identity before responding to a request.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how FFF handles your personal data, please contact us at admin@fiberfirstfashion.com. We will review your concern and respond appropriately.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection supervisory authority.
Cookies
The cookies FFF sets, exactly what each one stores, and how to change your consent are listed in full on the Cookies page.
